Turn any streetview location to a post apocalyptic scene. Extracts the depth-data and place grass and foliage on the roads and buildings. It got quite some attention when it mentioned on many of the biggest tech-blogs like Wired.com and The Verge. Even got interviewed on a TV-show in Japan one morning. Had to take it down when it blew up on Reddit :) The success was partly because not that many had tried doing something creative with the depth-map, and it was “kind of” not allowed to do that, which made it an interesting headline to blog about. But never the less, the 3d-effect was quite cool.
